Descripción del trabajo:
El Facilities Operations Manager será responsable de coordinar las operaciones diarias de la instalación, asegurando que las reparaciones o mantenimientos se realicen de manera eficiente. También será responsable de garantizar que la instalación sea limpia, segura y bien mantenida. Deberá coordinar actividades con proveedores y subcontratistas, así como trabajar con otros departamentos de la compañía.
Requisitos y habilidades:
Es requisito indispensable tener un título universitario en Electricidad, Mecánica o similar, y al menos 3 años de experiencia en mantenimiento de instalaciones. Se busca alguien con experiencia en instalaciones de aire acondicionado, compresores de aire y sistemas antifuego. Un 80% de conocimiento en inglés es fundamental. Experiencia en gestión de proyectos, reorganización de instalaciones y traslados de equipos es muy valiosa.
