About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Product Visionary to craft and manage roadmaps for a range of digital products, from strategic planning to optimizations' activities. You will work closely with a cross-discipline team to plan and prioritize business initiatives, aligning with our business strategy.

Your responsibilities will include building and supporting business cases for developing new digital capabilities, evaluating sprints to ensure all business benefits are being delivered, and coaching product managers, offering continual support and feedback.

You'll be responsible for:

  1. Crafting and managing roadmaps for digital products.
  2. Working with a cross-discipline team on product development, defining product visions, business cases, creating high-level user stories, and prioritization.
  3. Building and supporting business cases for developing new digital capabilities.
  4. Evaluating sprints to ensure all business benefits are being delivered.
  5. Coaching product managers, offering continual support and feedback.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll have experience delivering beautiful digital products in an agile environment. Ideally, you'll have some experience supporting, guiding, and/or line managing other product managers.

You'll be a user-centered product manager who can balance business needs with a willingness to continually learn from our users. A digital advocate who will actively seek ways to make the firm's experience both appealing and commercially successful.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus remote position flexibility, time flexibility, courses access (Udacity, UI.dev, Linux Foundation), 12 PTO days in the first year, mind wellness program, and support for related certifications.
