Job Title: Sales Director

Job Summary:

Ceragon Networks is seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our Telecommunications Sales efforts in Mexico & CA. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our customer base, and increasing revenue from key strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including exploring new accounts and segments.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, R&D, and Execution, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials, product knowledge, and sales forecasting reports.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to management on sales performance and customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Telecommunications, electrical engineering, or similar degree.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, verbal and written.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in comparable business.
  • Proven track record of winning significant business and new business.
  • Outstanding selling and negotiating abilities, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership skills aligned to Ceragon Leadership Dimensions.
  • Availability to travel.
