The Reliability Engineer plays a crucial role in evaluating and verifying product quality and reliability. This position involves addressing unforeseen component issues and directing work to drive improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform life tests on products to discover systemic problems and drive failure analysis to the root cause.
- Develop customized environmental stress application profiles to ensure product requirements are met.
- Prepare detailed technical reports for test results.
- Apply general engineering knowledge to solve problems and identify potential issues.
- Liaise with engineering and quality teams on test and analysis results.
- Develop and maintain documents to comply with IMS standards.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics engineering.
- Effective oral and written communication skills in English.
- Minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
- Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish.
