Job Summary:

Casa de Sierra Nevada A Belmond Hotel is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to lead our team in the Ultra Luxury Hospitality Industry. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and local labor laws.
  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process and implement training and development programs to support employee growth and development.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to track HR operations and performance.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in the Ultra Luxury Hospitality Industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations, experience in recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Language: Fluent communication in English and Spanish.
