As a key member of the Tri Source De Mexico team, the HR Manager will play a critical role in driving business success through effective human capital management. This is a full-time position that requires a strong leader who can develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support business objectives
  • Lead and manage the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and counseling to employees
  • Manage employee relations issues and provide advice and counsel to management and employees
  • Work with business leaders to assess and develop talent and address competency gaps
  • Develop and implement programs to increase employee retention and satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
