We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Sr. Specialist to join our team in Mexico. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our Finance team, which brings together financial perspectives into our overall strategic and tactical decision making.
As a Financial Planning and Analysis Sr. Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting one or more of our key business areas in sales and expense planning in the short and long term. This includes managing yearly budget and quarterly forecast cycles, partnering with different stakeholders, and providing support in all relevant aspects of financial planning, reporting, and analytics.
The ideal candidate will have a university degree in business and/or finance-related field, with 3+ years of relevant work experience. Advanced English skills are required, and experience with Large ERP's and query tools, especially SAP or BPC, is desirable. The salary for this role is approximately $120,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
In this role, you will work closely with human health and other support functions in the market, as well as with Business Support Center in San Jose, Costa Rica. You will be responsible for creating and executing demand plans, maintaining close cooperation with company partners and commercial teams, and supporting the financial monthly closing process.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret corporate financial statements. They will also be able to operate independently and navigate through change or uncertainty, with a strong focus on collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
This is a regular full-time position with no relocation required. We offer hybrid flexible work arrangements and a competitive benefits package.
