Job SummaryWe are seeking a Product Manager to join our team, focusing on assisting in the product development lifecycle, working with product managers and software developers. This person will be a key member of our Product Management group, which sets the long-term vision for Verato's Identity products, communicates this vision across various stakeholders within the organization, and ultimately drives the execution of this product vision with our software development team.
Key Responsibilities- Meet with internal stakeholders to gather information about business and technical requirements.
- Assist in data and business research in support of defining requirements.
- Translate conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers.
- Document and communicate requirements, verifying them for completeness and feasibility.
- Ensure software capabilities developed by team meet requirements and business needs, participate in user acceptance testing cycle.
- Make decisions with sound judgement to prioritize work within and across development sprints.
- 2-5 years of related work experience for a commercial software company
- Bachelors degree in technical field or business administration
- Strong communication skills - listening, interpersonal, oral and written communication - fluent in both spoken and written English
- Organized with keen attention to detail
- Experience with data analysis
- Experience with business and technical requirements analysis
- Experience working in a software development organization using agile scrum methodology
- Experience using backlog management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
