Job Summary

Oowlish is seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead to drive the technical direction of our projects and ensure alignment with business goals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a small team, prioritizing backlogs, and transforming business requirements into actionable product requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team of developers and provide technical guidance and mentorship
  • Prioritize backlogs and manage development workflows
  • Transform business requirements into actionable product requirements
  • Drive the technical direction of projects and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products

Requirements

  • Advanced English skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Expertise in LAMP tech stack, specifically Linux, Apache, MariaDB, and PHP
  • Experience with CakePHP 4 and ability to prioritize tasks and manage a development backlog
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a small team
  • Experience in integrating third-party services and APIs
