**Key Responsibilities**

• Monthly Financial Review: Conduct thorough financial reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• Payroll Recording: Record and process payroll transactions in a timely and efficient manner.

• Processing Bank Feeds: Process bank feeds and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Team Backup for Performing Account Reconciliations: Provide backup support for account reconciliations and ensure that all accounts are up-to-date and accurate.

**Requirements**

• Background in Accounting or proven understanding of basic accounting principles.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

• Good written communication and excellent problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to understand new concepts with written and hands-on support.

• Experience in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and familiarity with property management accounting.

**Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience in Xero and understanding of the NARPM Standard Chart of Accounts.

• Familiarity with AppFolio and ability to navigate to reports.

• Prior experience with financial auditing or financial review.

• Prior experience with running payroll or payroll recording.
