Drive Global Mobility with Mondelez International

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Mobility Specialist to join our team in Latin America. As a key member of our Global Business Services, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service experiences to our employees and stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate business requests and confirm the right relocation package for employees, considering factors such as role duration, career experiences, and business size.
  • Prepare compensation recommendations aligned with Mondelez's Compensation & Benefits philosophy, managing exceptions and providing consultations as needed.
  • Manage end-to-end relocation processes via our Global Mobility Technology platform and Mondelez HR Systems.
  • Conduct due diligence research and checks with internal and external experts on immigration, tax, and social security setup with external vendors.
  • Consult with local Payroll partners on assignment payroll setup, ensuring adherence to local legislations and resolving issues.
  • Participate in Global Mobility initiatives for continuous growth and improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • A passion for driving your future and accelerating your career.
  • Previous Consumer Packed Goods (CPG) experience is a plus.
  • Experience in a multinational company is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with cross-border global mobility functions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex guidance clearly and professionally.

About This Role

This position reports to the Global Mobility Lead and supports international relocations, working closely with talent acquisition, HR business partners, hiring managers, and external service partnerships.

What You'll Bring

  • Ability to manage multiple relocations, projects, and issues simultaneously.
  • Ability to develop and understand new processes quickly.

Education/Certifications

Bachelor's Degree is required.

Job Specific Requirements

4 or more years of experience in global mobility.
