About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Mexico Operations. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for cultivating talent sourcing channels, developing relationships with hiring managers, and closing searches against tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to developing strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth and implement new processes and develop standard operating procedures that fit within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
  • Recruit passive candidates and gauge candidate skill sets against open roles.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification, screen, interview, and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
  • Work closely with Business, TA, and HR leaders to influence and deliver a quality assessment and candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel.
  • Lead and/or participate in cross-business/cross-company special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.
  • 1+ year of corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience, including sourcing or full life cycle recruiting.
  • 1+ year of experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools.
  • 1+ year of experience using Contact Management System/Applicant Tracking System experience for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
  • 1+ year of experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
  • Fluent Spanish and Advanced English skills.

  • Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.
  • Strong communication skills, organizational, and client management skills.
  • Possession of strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
