Talent Acquisition Operations Manager Job Description

Citi is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Operations Support department, you will be responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to provide operations support services in coordination with the Operations - Core team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Talent Acquisition Operations Onboarding Support department in Mexico through vendor management.
  • Ensure the integration of Workday with the payroll system (HRMS) to guarantee timely payment to our associates.
  • Manage bulk hiring needs and special projects using distinctive system features.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the local vendor in Mexico to ensure the quality of the third-party deliverables.
  • Monitor and ensure the accomplishment of Service Level Agreements (SLA) corresponding to the Onboarding piece.
  • Guarantee the timely resolution of escalated cases and provide an action plan to prevent similar errors in the future, supported by root-cause analysis.
  • Adopt the migration and ensure timely completion of tasks and duties currently performed by other business units in the region.
  • Secure vendor infrastructure capabilities, such as technology, Fieldglass NEM enrollment, entitlements, and overall system needs.
  • Secure proper bill payment and review.
  • Facilitate alignment of the Operations Support infrastructure through focused technologies and processes.
  • Secure Controls and MCA protocols, as well as Key Performance Indicators development and review.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience managing a team.
  • 5+ years of experience in Shared Service and Operations.
  • Experience in analyzing business requirements, developing test plans, and discrepancy resolution.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
  • Proven organization and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Data-driven and data decision-driven.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
