Gensler is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for executive, senior, and strategic leadership positions. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition Team, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to attract top talent and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage top candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leaders and hiring managers.
- Provide market insights and talent acquisition advice to inform business decisions.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team to develop and implement effective recruitment processes.
- Manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- 100% bilingual English/Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and proactively in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and management skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
