About the Role

The Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) People Care services are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the AskHR Transformation strategic stream. This role will be responsible for managing the transformation of the AskHR services, including the upskilling and consolidation of the advisory model for the brand new AskHR Centralized team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a solid support model for Global Programs, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  • Collaborate with Program Leads (COEs), Operation Leads (People Care services), and other Program Managers to create business insights, highlight improvement areas, and coordinate training requirements for the People Care services delivery.
  • Design and implement analytics to measure the success of the AskHR Transformation strategic stream, providing regular pulse reports to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the creation of training content, including AskHR Training, content curation, and creation (Global Programs or initiatives).
  • Organize AskHR process and metrics calibration calls, ensuring alignment and consistency across the organization.
  • Coordinate Salesforce requirements for GBL Program campaigns, including categorization, AG governance, and report creation.
  • Manage the triage support and extended support activity, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Lead feedback sessions to share an overview of program or initiative closure with stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement a contingency plan for volume categorization, ensuring business continuity.
Requirements
  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
  • Typically, 3-7 years of related experience in project management and human resources functions.
  • Experience in cross-functional areas, such as workforce planning, organization design, total rewards, and change management.
  • Experience managing projects related to HPE global programs and partnering with designated program leads.
  • Able to understand data, create meaningful analysis, and share business insights. Strong analytical skills.
  • An out-of-the-box mindset that does not hesitate to challenge the status quo.
  • Passion for customer experience and ambassador of success stories.
  • Commitment to honoring program/project deadlines and delivering a top-notch experience.
  • Ability to manage escalations.
  • Advanced English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Passionate and curious about all aspects of the business, creating solutions and bringing proposals to the table.
  • A communicator who connects all the dots simplifying complex issues and negotiations.
  • Flawless consultant or similar certifications.
  • An experienced PS or People Care representative.
  • SCRUM Master or similar PM certification.
