Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager - Process Design and Transition to join our Global Business Services (GBS) team in Mexico City. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating the end-to-end transition of processes from sending countries to global business services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement process transitions across geographies, ensuring seamless service delivery and stakeholder management.
- Collaborate with the GBS Transformation Team to assess incoming processes, align with the Global Process Landscape, and ensure successful service placement.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and timelines, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring post-go-live service delivery.
- Provide inputs to recruitment and onboarding teams based on transition plans, driving scope expansion and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in process design and transition, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with Six Sigma Green belt/Black belt and PMP certification a plus.
- Experience in executing global role transitions across geographies, with ability to build process documentation and drive process excellence.
- English and Spanish proficiency, with familiarity with process automation and implementation of GBS/GCC/Shared service centers a plus.
