Legal Assistant

CIMMYT is a leading international organization dedicated to solving global challenges through applied agricultural science. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Legal Assistant to join our team in Texcoco, Mexico.
The successful candidate will provide support to the Contract Life Cycle Management process, including drafting, review, negotiation, and quality control of contracts and agreements. They will also perform contract management activities, such as reception, verification, and follow-up of documents, as well as prepare agendas and attend meetings.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in law, administration, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. They will be proficient in English and Spanish, with excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills.
