Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced VOIP/Telephony Account Technical Expert to join our team at Nezda Technologies Inc. as a Senior Telecommunications Specialist.

Estimated Salary: ₱35,000 (Basic) + 20% Night Differential + Lucrative Allowances after 6 monthsJob Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot all RingCentral Unified Communications issues to assist customers in maintaining a stable integrated UC platform.
  • Provide Enterprise-level technical support to all Enterprise customers, ensuring quick and accurate handling of support interactions via phone, screen sharing, and email.
  • Troubleshoot and reproduce customer technical issues to resolution and/or escalate when necessary.
  • Apply expert knowledge of RingCentral services and VOIP technology to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Train customer administration of the RingCentral platform to ensure seamless integration.
  • Answer complex technical questions and offer workarounds for customer networks.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-focused/customer experience roles handling VOIP/Telephony Accounts.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills, perseverance, and patience.
  • Required experience in VOIP technology, including SIP, RTP, QoS, COS, codecs, for at least 2 years.
  • Knowledge of network troubleshooting and terminology, including LAN/WAN, Routers, Firewalls, Switches, PBX deployment, TCP/IP (IPv4), DNS, etc.
Work Environment:
  • Night Shift schedule.
  • Onsite/RTO setup with occasional on-site work requirements.
  • Location: Cubao Ortigas (non-negotiable).
