Commercial Excellence Leader

Siegwerk Druckfarben AG & Co. KGaA, a leading global provider of printing inks and coatings for packaging applications and labels, is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Excellence Leader to join its team.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning and Growth Execution
- Develop and implement market share growth strategies
- Identify and leverage growth opportunities across selected segments and accounts
- Collaborate with regional business unit heads to define business unit strategies
- Promote coordination between country sales personnel and regional business unit heads
- Implement and manage CRM and commercial tools analysis
- Provide sales effectiveness data analysis to support business decisions
- Strategically plan and execute growth initiatives
- Define and follow up on execution of standard processes in key account planning across business units
- Analyze sales effectiveness data to support business decisions and improve sales processes
- Collaborate to develop the 3-year commercial plan by segment across the region
- Own CRM and support funnel management, business consulting on data quality, reports, and dashboards
- Improve the go-to-market approach and effectiveness of the sales force by adapting sales coverage and business models
- Ensure regular availability of sales reports and tie them back to commercial targets
- Provide support for marketing activities, trade shows, customer events, and sales force training
- Maintain an overview of customer relevant reports (sales and customer service)
- Identify, define, and implement reports, dashboards, and KPIs in alignment with business stakeholders
- Collect, compile, and improve business metrics and data from various sources and applications
- Set up data governance structures and rules, and continuously monitor reports, dashboards, and KPIs
- Continuously check, collect, and evaluate incoming requirements
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and budgets by growing and developing existing key accounts and finding new opportunities
- Analyze market situations and identify strengths and weaknesses
- Promote the brand and increase its visibility and reputation among key accounts and potential customers
- Lead and coordinate teams of sales representatives and other staff involved in key account management
- Relevant education in engineering, chemistry, industrial, or business
- Extensive 5-7 years of experience in sales, business development, or market intelligence
- Preferable industry experience in coatings, inks, adhesives, or plastics
- SAP business processes and key-user experience
- Strong project management capabilities and agile methodology experience
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Experience in commercial excellence
- Fluent in English language
