We are looking to hire a Training and Organizational Development Specialist to join our team.

**Job Summary:**

Responsible for identifying needs and designing training strategy, organizational development, and communication plan. Promote initiatives training that improves skills, performance, productivity, and quality of employee work, as well as improving operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Designing a Training Master Plan.
  2. Monitor DNC training progress.
  3. Developing and conducting effective onboarding.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and success of the training program (KPIs).
  5. Develop and maintain a training matrix for both Direct (Skills) and Indirect (Competencies) positions.
  6. Manage the performance evaluation system.
  7. Responsible for solving IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and STPS audits regarding Training and effectiveness.
  8. Manage the ILUO training technique.
  9. Manage the process of improvement ideas.
  10. Developing a communication plan and its execution.

**Requirements:**

  1. Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Communication, or related.
  2. 3 to 5 years as a specialist or responsible for training in the automobile industry.
  3. Intermediate-advanced English.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Intermediate Excel skills.
  6. 2 years handling ERP for People administration (TRESS desirable, SuccessFactors desirable).
  7. Experience managing SIRCE.
  8. ILUO is a must.
  9. Nice to have experience in operative recruitment.
