About the Role:
The Sales Administrator Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Administrator Coordinator in various activities related to the 632 system and daily reports. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a deadline-sensitive environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Review and process purchase orders received from customers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Confirm payment with customers and create customer orders in the 632 system, verifying sale prices, currencies, delivery addresses, and customer accounts.
- Maintain electronic records of customer purchase orders and update the MMS sales report for better monitoring and control.
- Send confirmation to sales representatives and customers electronically and follow up on authorizations as required.
- Inform the Sales Administration Coordinator about daily problems related to sales orders and other issues.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Commerce, Administration, Business, Engineering, or a similar field.
- Intermediate to strong verbal and communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and work in a deadline-sensitive environment.

- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
