Job Summary:

As a Project Manager, Site Supervision Lead at Ware Malcomb, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process to ensure timely, high-quality, and safe delivery of projects. You will work closely with the Senior Project Manager to manage control documents, client communication, reporting, and weekly meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, from start to finish, as the project leader.
  • Coordinate the bidding and construction phases, including distributing bid packages to contractors, scheduling pre-bid conferences, and reviewing contractor bids.
  • Provide construction phase services, including construction management, in coordination with the Senior Project Manager.
  • Review contractor construction documents, daily reports, and weekly reports, and lead weekly construction meetings.
  • Track the construction schedule and review estimate payments.
  • Coordinate inspections on site to ensure compliance with time, cost, quality, codes, and safety standards.
  • Review and follow up on the delivery of ending documents and as-built drawings.

Requirements:

  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree in an architectural-related program.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial site supervision.
  • Strong computer and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Procore, Newforma, AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Ability to speak English and Spanish in front of small to large groups of people.
  • Leadership experience in managing small to large project teams.
  • Knowledge of local and international construction codes.
