Operations Support Specialist

The Operations Support Specialist 3 is an entry-level position that plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of Citi's core infrastructure. This role involves providing day-to-day operations support, maintaining accurate records and documentation, and serving as a liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Document processes accurately and efficiently, following established procedures to complete complex assignments.
2. Identify process gaps requiring escalation, offering potential solutions to optimize operations.
3. Assist with inventory management and workflow needs, prioritizing tasks based on risk and service level requirements.
4. Provide support for a range of products and services, analyzing problems and formulating solutions through research and investigation.
5. Ensure accurate and timely account handling, navigating and executing moderately complex databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
**Requirements:**
1 year of relevant experience is required for this role, along with proficiency in computer and typing skills.
The ideal candidate will be able to adapt quickly to new technology and demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
**Education:**
A High School diploma or equivalent is the minimum educational requirement for this position.
