Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Reliability Engineer to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our asset management team, you will be responsible for implementing a strategic asset management plan to integrate clients' existing systems, including building automation, energy management, maintenance programs, and life-cycle asset management approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement analysis methods to determine the reliability of components, equipment, and processes in accordance with JLL's enhanced reliability and asset management program.
  • Analyze data from connected systems and continually improve maintenance program strategy to meet results-based performance measures.
  • Conduct ongoing maintenance maturity assessments to ensure progress as planned.
  • Monitor root cause failure analysis (RCFA) of equipment failures to determine corrective action required for the situation.
  • Determine cost advantages of alternatives and develop action plans that meet internal/external customer demands for process/equipment reliability to avoid failures.
  • Integrate data from BAS, automated fault detection diagnostic engines, maintenance programs, and capital planning processes to develop life cycle analysis and recommendations for repair versus replacement decisions.
  • Perform program and system/equipment audits periodically and as needed, focusing on safety, regulatory compliance, maintenance effectiveness, cost savings, and energy conservation.
  • Coordinate the use of other engineers, technicians, and third-party resources to achieve the goal of cost-effective improvements in asset management and reliability for maintenance and projects.
  • Maintain complete and accurate records/plans within computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) related to equipment, specifications data, BOM, failure history, etc.
  • Develop and maintain 'Key Performance Indicators' to measure the effectiveness of asset management and reliability initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of asset management principles and practices.
  • Experience with data analysis and interpretation.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
