**Customer Service Excellence at Omron**

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Associate to join our team at Omron Guadalajara. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our Direct Customer and Channel Partner sales efforts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Resolve customer inquiries and cases in a timely, accurate, and considerate manner, adhering to documented processes and procedures.
  • Provide price and delivery guidance, expediting issues to the proper Omron facility, domestically or internationally.
  • Initiate and edit sales adjustments, RMAs, cancellations, and stock rotations, submitting them for approval before entering them into the JDE system.
  • Compose thoughtful responses to a variety of requests and interact with outside sales and other Omron personnel to provide high-level sales support.
  • Contribute to the ongoing learning and success of your team and the company by sharing knowledge through mentorship, collaboration, and documentation.

**Requirements:**

  • High School degree or equivalent; Associates Degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business-to-business Customer Service related position or equivalent.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a high-stress environment.
  • Ability to establish and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of Office 360 and JDE; Bilingualism (English, Spanish, French) is preferable; Working knowledge of CRM platforms preferred (e.g. Salesforce, Oracle Cloud).
