At PepsiCo, we are excited to offer a challenging role for a Field Sales Support Senior Analyst. This position is a key part of our team, responsible for managing SPA box tickets to quickly resolve ASN (Advanced Shipping Notification / EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) issues for our Field Sales organization.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage SPA box tickets to resolve ASN/EDI issues
  • Manage new ASN account setup requests
  • Lead incident resolution for ASN accounts not working as expected
  • Manage new activation requests for Field Sales equipment and hardware
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain high levels of communication

Requirements

  • English Fluency required - written and verbal
  • Bachelor's degree required with concentration in Business, Data Analytics, or Engineering preferred
  • Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel), Salesforce & SAP as user is REQUIRED
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to formulate effective action plans
  • Responsive and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
  • Comfortable working in a cloud environment
  • Superb organizational, communication, and analytical skills
