We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Service Delivery Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the delivery of contracted services, including maintenance and information technology, to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of contracted services, including maintenance and information technology, to ensure high-quality service levels and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients regarding overall and day-to-day service delivery.
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded.
  • Manage project schedules, risks, scope of work, and budget to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and performance updates.
  • Collaborate with operational teams and subcontractors to ensure clear understanding of client needs and provide day-to-day client advice and support.
  • Promote the organization's capabilities and work to achieve contract extensions or win additional business within the account.

Requirements:

  • ITIL Certification
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written
  • Knowledge in contract management and project management
  • Knowledge in financial management, including budget administration and performance reporting
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or closely related discipline
  • Availability to travel
