Your Mission: Develop and execute innovative outreach strategies that drive exceptional candidate quality, ensuring that every candidate who reaches the second round of interviews is not just qualified but exceptional.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive outreach strategies tailored to attract top talent from targeted companies and industries.
  • Implement both online and in-person approaches to poach candidates who thrive in high-pressure environments.
  • Continuously refine outreach methods to ensure they are effective and aligned with the company's goals.

Candidate Identification & Engagement:

  • Identify potential candidates who excel in environments with high expectations and strict performance standards.
  • Engage with candidates through personalized outreach messages that highlight the unique challenges and opportunities within our company.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates to keep them engaged and interested in future opportunities.

Networking & Market Research:

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to meet and connect with potential candidates face-to-face.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and the best sources for top talent.
  • Develop insights into where the highest-caliber candidates can be found and how best to approach them.

Screening, Interviewing & Recruiting:

  • Take responsibility for recruiting and interviewing as many candidates as possible to ensure a broad pool of potential hires.
  • Conduct thorough screenings to assess candidates' alignment with company values and their ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
  • Manage the interview process from initial outreach to final selection, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all candidates.

Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Work closely with hiring leads to understand the specific requirements and expectations for each role.
  • Tailor outreach strategies to meet the needs of different teams and roles within the company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless handover of candidates to the interview and hiring stages.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement:

  • Track the effectiveness of outreach efforts through detailed reporting and analysis.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on how to improve strategies and outreach techniques.
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends and continuously seek ways to enhance the efficiency of the outreach process.

Requirements:

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on recruiting experience with a strong focus on direct outreach.
  • Proven experience in creating, implementing, and managing both in-person and digital outreach recruiting initiatives.
  • Experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus, providing familiarity with the fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Workable is a HUGE plus, offering a streamlined approach to managing the recruitment process.

Specialized Recruiting Experience:

  • Must have experience recruiting and outreaching to SEO Specialists, Web Developers, Digital Marketing Project Managers, Marketing Managers, and other Digital Marketing roles.
  • Strong track record of sourcing, interviewing, and managing the entire hiring funnel.
  • Experience identifying and attracting candidates who excel in high-pressure environments and thrive on challenges, particularly those who are motivated by solving problems and putting out fires.

Performance & Improvement:

  • Demonstrated success in improving the qualified candidate rate to second round interviews.

Documentation Required:

You must provide supporting documents that demonstrate your outreach and recruiting expertise. This can include outreach references, case studies, performance metrics, candidate testimonials, or any other relevant documentation showcasing your success in candidate outreach.

Experience with Remote Work and Time Management:

Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment, maintaining productivity and engagement.

Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a remote setting.

  • This role is of high urgency. We need someone who can step in immediately, develop a strategic outreach plan, and start implementing it without delay.

  • Deliver High-Quality Candidates: Ensure that only the most qualified candidates, who are a perfect fit for the role, advance to the second round of interviews.
  • Immediate Action & Results: Bring your outreach expertise from day one, delivering immediate improvements in candidate quality and streamlining the recruitment process.
  • Consistent Quality Improvement: Continuously refine and adjust outreach strategies to maintain a consistently high standard of candidates, ensuring excellence at every stage of the hiring process.

Additional Information:

  • Collaboration Opportunities: Although the role is highly autonomous, the candidate will collaborate closely with team leads, and the CEO/Owner to ensure alignment on recruitment goals and strategies.
