Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of technicians to ensure that their performance meets company standards
  • Develop and implement work schedules based on equipment availability and customer needs

  • Manage inventory of spare parts and maintain relationships with suppliers
  • Communicate with customers to ensure that work processes follow safety and workflow guidelines
  • Monitor and analyze site activity performance indicators and develop corrective actions
  • Manage projects related to maintenance stations and ensure timely completion
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (strongly preferred)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot heavy equipment
  • Shop floor experience and ability to manage work schedules
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • English language proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with ERP systems
