Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead to oversee multisite recruitment efforts for ZF Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and a proven track record of success in building and managing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment initiatives to attract diverse candidates across multiple sites.
  • Establish recruitment requirements by analyzing organizational plans and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR teams, and external partners.
  • Monitor and apply best practices in recruitment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates, building influential relationships and facilitating the selection process.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to achieve organizational mission and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role within a large organization.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong track record of success.
  • Experience in building talent pools across various functions, including Operations, R&D, IT, and Supply Chain.
  • Proven ability to actively source passive candidates and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior-level audiences.
  • Advanced English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
  • High level of professionalism, with excellent organizational and analytical skills, as well as attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to leverage technology to drive recruitment efforts.
