Global Business Support (GBS) is a critical function within ENGIE, responsible for providing administrative support to the company's operating entities. As a GBS expert, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of ENGIE's support functions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in I2P finance, with experience in managing various stakeholders and their expectations. You will be responsible for prioritizing needs, translating complex issues into insights, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the I2P technological landscape within GBS, including IMS, ERPs, and automation features.
- Develop and implement efficient and effective I2P processes, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs, and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and complex discussions to drive harmonization, digitalization, and efficiency.
- Steer the enhancement, digitalization, and development of the I2P core model.
- Ensure the fit to company goals, statutory requirements, and being ahead of the curve.
- Take the leadership for digital projects within the I2P area.
- Co-responsible for the lifecycle of the technologies.
Requirements
- Approximately 3 years of specific experience in a similar position.
- University degree in technology or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of I2P in a GBS environment, including IMS tools and ERP FI & MM modules.
- Strong capability of follow-ups on tasks and influencing.
- Ability to communicate to a large audience and tailor communication materials.
- Collaborative thinking to find a solution.
- Ability to tailor approach/way of working based on audience.
