About the Role

This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity to lead facilities operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with experience managing on-site vendors and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage budgets for facilities operations, including capital and operational expenses.
  • Manage teams to ensure timely invoicing and compliance with service level agreements.
  • Coordinate office operations, including workspace assignment and layout.
  • Provide regular reports to senior leadership on facilities performance and issues.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts within defined budgets and SLAs.
  • Collaborate with local business teams to optimize space plans and ensure smooth operations.
  • Work closely with finance teams to ensure accurate data and timely payment of invoices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • A minimum of 4 years of progressively responsible experience in facilities operations.
  • Experience managing on-site vendors and services.
  • Excellent communication and managerial skills.
