- Monitoring, analyzing and ensuring the integrity of account and contact data with internal and external resources, reviewing BDE/BDA data entry (pre- and post-meeting notes, meeting ratings, customer needs), pipeline updates, etc.
- Sales Analysis
- Industry/Performance Trends, Sub Industry Analysis, Industry Event Insight, Mx Call Prep Support for BDEs if required
- Effectively track Sales Campaigns
- Provide performance update, and share with Management (i.e. 2016 Contact Lead Nurturing, Email Campaigns)
- Discipline and order in monitoring daily activities through the company's systems (keep the information up to date)
- Understanding CRM
- Process and data analytics focused person.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to communicate accurately with other team members, as well as a good attitude.
- Motivating personality to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong sales skills to get our potential customers to use our service. Keep you informed about the products offered and discuss the options available.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycle, ideally within the logistic industry or delivery apps.
- 1 year or more of relevant sales experience (startup industry / logistics industry is an advantage)
- Knowledge, understanding and taste for mobile and web technologies.
- Advanced English
