About The Team

The Sales Compensation team is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's sales compensation plans. We are a collaborative team that works closely with cross-functional partners to drive business growth and revenue.

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Compensation Analyst to join our team. As a Sales Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and developing insights to inform compensation plan design and implementation. You will also work closely with the sales team to ensure that compensation plans are aligned with business objectives and that sales performance is accurately measured and reported.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain sales performance metrics and reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive business growth and revenue
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales compensation
Requirements
  • 2-4+ years of experience in sales operations or sales compensation
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized, with multi-tasking skills and efficient in ambiguous situations
  • Detail-driven with emphasis on accuracy, coupled with the ability to see the broader picture
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in sales compensation tools
  • Experience in a high-tech sales organization
  • English fluency is required for this position
