Job Description

Job Summary:

Aptiv Plc is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to play a critical role in driving business growth and strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and running transformational projects, measuring project performance, and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports
  • Facilitate and manage the strategic planning process, including identifying, prioritizing, and chartering key projects
  • Prepare business presentations and reports to inform and support business leaders

  • Collaborate with leaders to effectively manage time between leaders and critical stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field, MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of work experience in business development, strategy, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced English skills
  • Knowledge in end-to-end P&L management
  • Product portfolio knowledge and market/competitive analysis
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and respond quickly to multiple issues and tight deadlines
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Manage Matrix reporting relationship
  • Proactivity and self-direction
