Job Title: Global Risk Entity Oversight Manager

At PayPal, we're revolutionizing commerce globally, and we're looking for a talented Global Risk Entity Oversight Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global Entity Management & Oversight PMO, you'll play a critical role in overseeing future-focused projects and current state programs that enable our business to operate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering collaboration and open communication.
  • Optimize resource allocation to achieve project objectives, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement effective reporting mechanisms to monitor project progress and performance, providing actionable insights for optimal outcomes.
  • Provide comprehensive portfolio oversight, escalating risks and issues for timely resolution, and exercising independent judgment to challenge business decisions and ensure transparency.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required.
  • Proven experience in managing regulatory projects within banking or fintech sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and the PMI framework.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and excel in high-pressure environments.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams, leveraging strong analytical skills to transform complex information into actionable insights.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities, with a proven track record in managing large-scale, multifaceted projects with meticulous attention to detail.
