Job Summary

As a key member of the Sanmina team, the Account Management Director will oversee the sales account management team, driving strategic decisions, training, and performance management. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with existing accounts, identifying opportunities for growth, and directing account teams to optimize sales strategy and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand relationships with existing accounts.
  • Lead and manage the sales account management team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all aspects of contracts, including terms and conditions, and identify opportunities for renegotiation or expansion.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with customers. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required, and a master's degree is preferred. The candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of sales professionals.
