We are seeking a skilled Sports Data Operations Manager to lead our Live Data Production team in Mexico. As a key member of our global operations team, you will be responsible for managing a large team of FT and PT employees who are responsible for high-level coverage of LATAM soccer leagues and many well-known North American Sports leagues.
Key Responsibilities- Developing talent has to be top of mind; the team is going through transition, and we expect you to create an environment where our people are comfortable learning new skills and growing within their roles.
- Join stakeholders' meetings on a weekly basis to ensure local needs are aligned with global team goals.
- You will be expected to represent your team's wins and challenges and productively add to discussions regarding global targets.
- Ensuring the quality and continuity of our 24/7 operation.
- Must be a graduate in any field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a People Leader.
- Fluent in English. Fluent in Spanish.
