**Job Summary**
DME Service Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch support to our clients in the US.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle escalated calls and maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
**Requirements**
- 2+ years of inbound and outbound consumer service experience or 1 year of healthcare customer service experience.
- Advanced English Level - C1.
- Computer literate with basic keyboard knowledge, fast typing skills, and a basic understanding of using webpages and internet systems.
- At least 50mbps internet speed and stable internet.
- Strong punctuality habits.
