About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Collaboration Analyst to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our Customer Service & Logistics team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact for your customer portfolio, managing escalations and resolving issues to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the order fulfillment team to report on KPIs, including root-cause analysis and improvement initiatives.
- Use customer data to monitor on-shelf availability, depot-to-store service, stock holding, and promotional sales, driving decision-making to maximize service levels and sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business and commercial objectives, supporting the improvement agenda and developing strong relationships with customers.
Your Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in CS&L and customer-facing roles, with a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset.
- Experience in fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods companies, with a solid understanding of SAP and MS Office.
- Excellent customer orientation, influencing, and communication skills, with a strong focus on delivering productivity, service, and KPIs.
- A team player with a proactive approach, flexibility, and a strong focus on delivering results.
