The RoleThe Data Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the Professional Services team with data needs, leading the successful setup of TraxRetail solutions, finalizing reporting requirements, and delivering professional services developments to client satisfaction and acceptance.
Key Responsibilities- Translate reporting requirements into formats accepted by TraxRetail service providers.
- Collaborate with customers and development teams to define, receive, and run user acceptance tests on professional services deliverables.
- Ensure the implementation of the desired solution by working with internal and external parties, including R&D teams, support, QA, and subject matter experts.
- Take responsibility for setup, configuration, and maintenance of project reporting and KPIs, including periodic analysis of related data items.
- Prior experience working with data in a technical environment.
- Proficiency as an Excel user with experience handling large databases and using advanced functions.
- The ability to detect correlation and draw conclusions based on data.
- Experience interpreting customer business needs and translating them into applications and requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently or within a team.
- Flexibility and willingness to work in a fast-paced work environment.
