About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Manager to join our team at PepsiCo. As an Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for delivering annual ecommerce plans by segment-account-business unit, ensuring long-term sustainability through a deep understanding of the ecommerce and concierge segment and accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement segmented strategies with clients, considering annual plans, including Rappi, UberEats, Didi Food, Rappi Turbo, JOKR, Merqueo Ultra, 7 Eleven, and Oxxo for all business units (Savory, Biscuits, Foods, Foods Salty, Sonrics).
  2. Support the definition of AOP/PSP customer strategy, detecting new PMF capabilities required to capture growth and new opportunities for the short and long term.
  3. Monitor and manage Concierge segment PnL, ensuring great budget management and campaigns execution in path to profitability.
  4. Ensure correct distribution of brands and segment investment, ensuring great on-sites execution to increase sales and optimize investment.
  5. Lead annual JBP's within Concierge segment.
  6. Implement the strategy defined alongside eComm Leader, according to the level of maturity of the accounts and prioritization of segmentation.
  7. Collect budget with BU's and finance, defining a grow strategy that ensures brands visibility and channel profitability.
  8. Focal in acquiring new business players, models, and segment that ensures long-term profitability and increase the overall value of the channel.
  9. Find new ways of generating business in segment that grow our SOM.
  10. Be an internal advocate to support the Digital Transformation through proactive communication to top and bottom of the organization.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Ecommerce Manager with a proven track record of exceptional sales performance within B2C or B2B ecommerce platforms. You should have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and analytical skills to create robust analysis and meaningful insights.
