Your Role

We are seeking a skilled sales engineer to engage with key accounts and navigate a diverse market landscape (Home appliance, automotive, industrial) in Mexico. This position entails the responsibility of delivering value to clients while upholding the company's core values, fostering long-term partnerships, and driving sales growth within the designated territory.

Your Responsibilities

- Develop strategic selling approaches based on key decision-makers.

- Generate value for both customers and the organization.

- Assess opportunity costs in business decisions.

- Travel to meet with non-local customers.

- Cultivate relationships with internal Molex stakeholders.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

- Map out the territory and analyze revenue reports and data.

- Ensure all revenue aligns with your territory.

- Address and resolve customer issues effectively.

- Monitor ongoing and upcoming projects, negotiating to finalize deals.

- Initiate marketing strategies to strengthen existing relationships.

Who You Are (Essential Qualifications)

  • Ideally, you have experience in the HOME APPLIANCE SECTOR.
  • A background in MECHATRONICS, ELECTRONICS, or INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING is preferred.
  • Familiarity with TIER1 and TIER2 business operations is essential.
  • Ability to quickly learn about our products and architecture; self-motivated.
  • Proactive in seeking out and visiting customers regularly.
  • Understanding of strategic planning and report analysis.
  • Empathetic approach towards customer interactions.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong stress management skills.
  • Focused on building LONG-TERM CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS.
  • Excellent communication skills for presentations and internal discussions.
  • Open to engaging with hybrid markets.
  • Proficient in Business English.
