Job Summary:
We're seeking a seasoned Senior Producer to lead our video post production team in Mexico City. As a key member of our global creative and experience production team, you'll oversee localisation and adaptation video projects for various clients, ensuring seamless delivery and meeting commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our Post Production Director and producers to develop best practices and embed a commercially-minded culture.
- Collaborate with account management teams to deliver projects on brief, on time, and on budget.
- Support the development and maintenance of post production processes.
- Share knowledge to develop the skills of the wider team.
- Embed a commercially-minded culture and support the team to maximise commercial opportunities.
- Reflect the agency's values and culture at all times.
- Develop client relationships and actively support retention and development.
Requirements:
- +6 years of experience in production experience across multiple platforms.
- Spanish and English proficiency.
- Excellent knowledge of broadcast/post production workflows.
- Experience/knowledge of business affairs/TV admin.
- Proven ability to provide excellent client service.
- Ability to prioritise effectively across a number of projects, managing time and resources according to each production's requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure calmly and effectively, and to tight deadlines.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Methodical, proactive self-starter with an eye for detail.
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite – Premiere / Photoshop/ After Effects etc.
- Knowledge of TV formats, codecs and audio standards.
- Industry relationships / Talent black book.
