Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will lead the Quality Assurance Team in fostering relationships between QA and Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading, training, and developing the Quality Assurance Team.
  • Developing and implementing quality assurance processes.
  • Fostering relationships between QA and Sales to drive business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual required – able to communicate in English and Spanish clearly verbally and in writing.
  • Office Package Management.
  • Associate's Degree/University Diploma/Cepeg.
  • 3+ years of related experience.
  • Previous Experience in Vacation Ownership.
  • BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree.
