Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director Technical Consumer Research and Insights to lead our Technical Consumer Research (TCR) function for the LATAM Region and Global categories. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing global consumer research learning plans, partnering with local and global marketing teams, and leading a team of TCR experts.

Key Responsibilities
  • TCR Leadership: Lead the design and execution of TCR work across the network, provide inspirational thought leadership, and leverage routines to ensure early engagement and inclusion of other functions.
  • People Leadership: Build, lead, and develop a highly engaged and networked TCR community, manage resources effectively, and assess development needs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build relationships and networks with key stakeholders, facilitate the identification of timelines and dashboards, and ensure effective information flow between TCR and regional category owners.
  • Technical Leadership: Develop and implement quarterly and yearly plans, ensure successful achievement of them, and partner in the ownership of key technical talent progress and their development.
Requirements
  • Education: BSc or MSc (min) in Sensory Science or related discipline.
  • Experience: 15+ years of Consumer testing experience in FMCG, with experience in leading, managing, and developing teams, and fluency in Spanish.
  • Functional Skills: Mastery of sensory and consumer testing methodology, statistical data analysis, modeling, digitization of big data, and storytelling.
