In this role, you will support, execute, and evaluate market research initiatives, including competitor analysis, market assessments, digital campaign evaluations, and consumer behavior studies. Your contributions will provide essential insights for strategic and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze relevant data to prepare actionable insights and recommendations that foster business growth through a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and shopper trends.
  • Collect and monitor data on pertinent trends and activities, facilitating data and insight sharing across the organization.
  • Develop reports and scorecards, delivering necessary market and consumer data to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the execution of research projects in alignment with global standards.
  • Aid in validating strategic visions, drivers, plans, and recommendations by ensuring the availability of relevant insights.
  • Contribute to the sharing of best practices within networks and collaborative projects.
  • Synthesize customer, consumer, shopper, and market analyses to generate insights and concepts, proactively utilizing this information in assigned projects.
  • Conduct analyses of current data from sources such as Nielsen and Kantar World Panel to identify opportunities and risks for our brands in the marketplace.
  • Perform monthly assessments of market behavior using tools provided by Nielsen and Kantar World Panel.
  • Support the estimation of market sizes and their potential growth.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, ensuring data accuracy and selecting appropriate research methodologies for assigned projects, while actively participating in decision-making related to customer, consumer, and shopper insights.
  • Ensure the market research library is well-maintained and current.

Candidate Profile

A minimum of 5 years of experience in Consumer Research and managing Market Data Repositories (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar, IRI, ISCAM, IQVIA, etc.) or equivalent.

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, proficiency in English, a strong service orientation, teamwork skills, a sense of urgency, and excellent analytical, presentation, and communication abilities are essential.
