Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze pertinent data and generate insights and recommendations to enhance business growth by integrating market, consumer, and shopper knowledge.
  • Collect and monitor data on significant trends and activities, contributing to the sharing of insights both internally and externally.
  • Develop reports and scorecards, providing essential data to the organization regarding market and consumer dynamics.
  • Assist in delivering research in alignment with global standards.
  • Aid in validating visions, strategies, and recommendations by ensuring the availability of relevant insights to support arguments.
  • Contribute to the sharing of best practices and engage in relevant networks and projects.
  • Consolidate customer, consumer, shopper, and market analyses to generate actionable insights, ideas, and concepts, proactively utilizing this information in assigned projects.
  • Conduct analyses of current data from Nielsen and Kantar World Panel to identify opportunities and risks for our brands in the marketplace.
  • Monitor market behavior monthly using tools provided by Nielsen and Kantar World Panel.
  • Support the estimation of market sizes and their potential growth.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, ensuring data accuracy and selecting appropriate research methods for each project. Collaborate to deliver effective recommendations for the business, actively participating in decision-making related to customer, consumer, and shopper insights.
  • Ensure the market research library is well-maintained and current.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of experience in Consumer Research and managing Market Data Databases (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar, IRI, ISCAM, IQVIA, etc.) or similar fields.

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, proficiency in English, a strong service orientation, teamwork capabilities, a sense of urgency, and excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills are essential.
