About the Role

Welcome to a place where your ideas lead to something big. As a Logistics Planning Specialist, you will be part of a team that ensures deliveries through analysis, confirmation, and programming of demand in systems.

Key Responsibilities

- **Sales Forecasts Analysis**: Analyze sales forecasts and align them with the Business Unit strategy.

- **Production Plan Preparation**: Prepare and monitor the production plan based on customer demand, inventory, and expedited policies, ensuring compliance with manufacturing areas, supplier planning, and support areas within the Supply Value Chain.

- **Customer Demand Knowledge**: Ensure client requirements are updated in the system, monitor and confirm requirements according to parameters defined by Bosch or the client, and identify the source of demand/type of client to ensure compliance with specific requirements.

- **Customer Forecast Preparation**: Maintain 21 months of demand in the system by considering customer EDI, sales forecast, and historical data, analyze deviations between forecast and actual sales, compare EDI+ forecast vs TPZ of sales, and communicate potential long-term demand risks to the value chain.

- **Demand Control**: Ensure the sending of ASN and confirm that it has been received by the client, schedule shipments one day before the customer's pickup through LOW, track shipments from departure to arrival, and coordinate EOP to reduce the risk of obsolescence in FG, WIP, and RM.

- **Customer Communication**: Inform the client in an effective and timely manner of bottlenecks caused by internal or external sources, offering delivery plans and alternatives to avoid impacts, actively validate customer portals, and comply with requested requirements.

- **Analysis Result**: Analyze the sales result of the assigned product according to designated parameters and deliver the respective reports in a timely manner, provide explanations, proposals, and reliable data to support plant inventory control decisions, conduct research related to the results of the analyzes to improve or correct deviations in the processes, and identify areas of opportunity to improve business profitability and develop the corresponding measures.

Requirements

- **Knowledge and Compliance**: Knowledge and compliance with the Environmental Management System (EMS) ISO 14001 and the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SGS) OHSAS 18001 according to points 5.3 and 4.4.1 respectively and Bosch Standard N93 A3.

- **C-TPAT & OEA**: Compliance with the standards established in the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) and AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) certification, understanding and ensuring the implementation of the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO9001 and IATF16949 according to the process in which it works within the organization, and managing, implementing, assigning the programs, processes, and actions necessary to ensure compliance with the laws, regulations, and requirements of the RBA code, the various authorities, and applicable laws in force.
