Job Summary

Aplus Logistics is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models to support business planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Prepare and manage the annual budget and monthly forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Analyze financial data to provide insights on performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Monitor financial performance against the budget, exploring variances and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Make decisions to enhance resource efficiency, particularly through effective management of operating expenses.
  • Generate and present financial reports to management, highlighting key findings and strategic insights.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
  • Familiarity with financial software and commercial finance.
  • Knowledge of fleet controlling and plant cost management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related Business field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. CFA) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7 years of relevant finance experience.
  • Previous experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience in auditing or financial data analysis is preferred.
  • Experience in the logistics industry in a similar role is preferred.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interaction with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High English Proficiency and communication skills required.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time position.
  • Indefinite contract.
  • $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 per month.
  • 8-hour workday.
  • On-site work.
